	1)	Can I send my books, used clothes and electrical items as unaccompanied baggage? Yes, you may send books and used clothes as unaccompanied baggage. However electrical items are not allowed.

	2)	How can I take my pet with me when I'm travelling? At the time of making your seat reservation, you are required to inform the reservations staff about your requirement. Since the pet accompanies you, the rate applicable will be higher than the normal cargo rate. For further information you may contact your nearest SriLankan Airlines Cargo Office.

	3)	Can I hand over a small package to be sent as cargo? Yes. In Sri Lanka, SriLankan Airlines Cargo Office in Colombo 3 accepts shipments less than 100 kg in weight and provides free transportation to the airport. Customs clearance can also be obtained from the same office. For requests outside Sri Lanka you may contact your nearest SriLankan Airlines Cargo Office.

	4)	Are there weight restrictions for cargo shipments? We accept heavy packages on our A340 and A330 aircraft, but on the A320 aircraft the maximum weight per piece should not exceed 90 kg.
